Due to their continued success, our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager to strengthen their thriving marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and dynamic Marketing Professional to assist in the continued growth of a rapidly expanding business.

As well as managing and inspiring the marketing team to foster a collaborative environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, including brand management, content creation, digital marketing, campaign management and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Designing, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies that align with the company’s key goals and objectives
Overseeing the creation and execution of digital and print marketing campaigns
Successfully managing social media platforms, corporate communications, and branding to ensure a cohesive public image across all brands
Preparing and monitoring the marketing budget
Promoting and communicating the company’s products to the marketplace, and producing technical product specifications for training and literature
Conducting market sector research and analysis
Inspiring and developing the marketing team, including the support for technical literature, communications, and exhibitions

To be considered for this opportunity applicants must display the following skills and experience:

Proven marketing management experience, with expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Educated to degree level in an appropriate marketing or business-related discipline
Experience of successfully leading, motivating, and inspiring a marketing team
Demonstrable strong leadership and communication skills.
A creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
