Job description
The role includes but is not limited to:
-Organising and coordinating talent schedules on a daily basis.
-Maintaining and building on existing active relationships with the talent; creatives, clients, and brands within the industry. People skills are a must.
-negotiating deals for talent
-Scouting new and interesting talent.
-Having creative freedom and pro-actively searching for photographers, stylists, etc. Building on these relationships.
-Attending fashion week and events with the talent.
-Travel with talent
-Flexibility to work late evenings and weekends as required (events, on set, photoshoots etc)
Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivating and ambitious attitude.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proactive mindset.
Requirements:
2 + years experience in talent management
-background in digital talent management
-background in brand partnerships
-interest in social media
-Interest in fashion and creative industries
-experience in successfully negotiating contracts and closing deals for talent / brands
