The home offers a range of services, including Residential, Nursing, Palliative, and Dementia care. Experience: Proven track record as a Registered Home Manager within a care home setting.
Qualifications: Valid Nursing PIN or Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of CQC regulations with the ability to ensure compliance.
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
Approach: A genuine passion for providing person-centred care with empathy and compassion.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care are consistently upheld.
Lead and mentor a team of care professionals to meet the diverse needs of residents.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies, maintaining the home's Good rating.
Build and nurture strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels to ensure efficient home operations.
Introduce innovative care practices and drive continuous improvements to enhance service quality.
