Senior VP of Operations required by a rapidly growing pharmaceutical services organisation. You will need to have at least 10 years working in a small to medium sized Pharma Service organisation or CRO within the Operations division, working directly with the C-suite.
You will need to have a proven record of managing operations, with extensive experience of Project Managing Clinical Trials, specifically Phase 2, 3 and ideally 4 alongside a deep understanding of Expanded Access Programmes (EAP's) and/or Named Patient Programmes (NPP's) and/or Compassionate Use Programmes (CUP's). Some logistics experience would be useful.
In addition, you must be an excellent communicator, able to be customer facing (when required) and present internally to the business.

This is a permanent position paying circa £150-200k + benefits, which include a bonus and inclusion into the equity plan.
This role allows hybrid working, with 1-2 days a week onsite required.
