The Role
This firm a growing Birmingham-based healthcare employment practice, advising an impressive list of clients on a wide range of employment matters with a particular focus on Employment Tribunals.
Recognised by the Legal 500 as one of the best law firms in the Midlands in various practice areas, this is an excellent opportunity to play a meaningful role in a growing practice, with longstanding relationships nationwide.
Healthcare experience is not essential, as you will be joining an excellent team with expertise within this sector and the client base.
The team offers a wide range of legal services for businesses, and prides themselves on their ability to any situation.
The Candidate
- Employment Solicitor with at least 2 years of post qualification experience
- Proficient in both contentious and non-contentious work
- A high level of commerciality, with excellent time management, and the ability to offer practical advice
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Seeking a new challenge within a quality practice
