Role: Project Manager

Carriera is proud to partner with a multi-disciplinary consultancy who have offices all across the UK including cities like Birmingham, London and Bristol. Our client has been established for over 70 years and boasts a headcount north of 1,000 professionals offering a variety of services including project management, cost management, building surveying and many more to their clients across the built environment.
As a project manager, you will be leading your own projects across residential, healthcare, education, life sciences or commercial within Bristol and the surrounding areas. You will find yourself in a team of 10 consisting of a partner, two associate directors and more junior staff. The project management team has aspirations to grow to 20 within 5 years.
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying, quantity surveying or Project Management
- MRICS or MCIOB is ideal
- Experience of leading real estate projects from start to finish
- Strong track record of business development is beneficial
