The client is seeking introductions to qualified solicitors with 2-3 years of PQE within the Private Client discipline.

Responsibilities.
1. Conduct client interviews to gather information about their case and determine their legal needs in the private client area of law, such as wills, estate planning, and probate.
2. Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives, in accordance with client instructions and legal requirements.
3. Assist clients in managing their estates, including organising and updating their financial and personal information, as well as advising on tax implications and inheritance laws.
4. Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties to coordinate the execution and administration of legal documents and estate-related transactions.
5. Research and stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations in the private client area of law to provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients.
6. Assist in resolving disputes and conflicts related to estates and trusts, including representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings if necessary.
7. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive client information and matters in the private client area of law.
8. Collaborate with other legal professionals, such as attorneys, paralegals, and financial advisors, to provide comprehensive legal services to clients in the private client area of law.
