Wiseman Consulting is recruiting for an Employment Law specialist on a 100% remote basis or in-office in Reading, Berkshire. For this Employment Solicitor role, we expect a minimum of 2+ PQE in Employment Law from a High Street, Regional, Boutique or Top 200 Firm anywhere in the UK.
The Role
This role is for an Employment Law Solicitor with a minimum of 2+ PQE, ideally from a private practice background in England or Wales.
The firm has a busy desk and a warm caseload of varied and exciting work. Still, we welcome applications from well-rounded Solicitors who are active in business development or want to contribute to new business at the firm.
The firm can handle the full range of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, employee and employer, but tends to focus on.
- Settlement Agreements
- Unfair dismissal (including constructive unfair dismissal)
- Discrimination

- Workplace grievances,
- TUPE transfers
- Maternity and paternity leave
