WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Joining as our Senior Email Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement data-driven email strategies aimed at maximising client success. Your role will extend beyond email marketing, integrating our comprehensive solutions—such as data capture, recommendations, and AI-powered search—into a strategy that delivers results across multiple channels. You will play a key role in training internal teams on best practices, ensuring the Client Success team is fully equipped to identify opportunities and optimise client portfolios. Your day to day will consist of developing and leading campaigns, ensuing all our products are integrated. You will track and analyses performance, applying insights from user engagement metrics to improve next time. We are looking for someone who is intrested in staying up to date with the latest email trends and tools, helping us to champion innovation. Finally, mentoring and supporting junior members of staff to help nurture the growth will be crucial.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE….
- 3+ years email marketing experience, ideally in eCommerce or SaaS
- Understanding of email platforms, data segmentation and marketing automation
- Excellent communication skills
- Data driven mindset
