Job Description

Location: Stafford (with site visits to Mutron and Torness; 2-3 days every second week)

Contract Duration: 12-months

Start Date: Immediate

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee large-scale projects within the energy and power sector. This role involves representing the company on key projects and ensuring successful execution in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate construction activities for major projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining effective communication at senior levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and report on key metrics.
Address any issues that arise during construction and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
Proven track record of working with UK clients in the energy and power industry.
Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
Experience within a national matrix organization at a senior level.
