Temporary Construction Administrator – Site Based

Sites across West Mids, East Mids, Staffs

£25,000 – £30,000 + Car / Enhanced Mileage

St. Modwen Homes are looking to recruit a Temporary Construction Administrator to join our team.The role is initially on a 4 month, fixed-term basis, with the possibility of going permanent at the end.The successful person will be providing administrative support to our sites, helping to ensure ongoing and complete compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Spend 2-3 days at each of our sites, liaising with Senior site teams to establish compliance requirements
Liaise with relevant subcontractors to ensure 100% document compliance on each site
Inputting documents to our system
Keeping site teams informed of progress, and any issues that arise.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in an Administrative environment
Ability to deal with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full driving license, and willingness to travel to, and work from our sites

WHAT WE OFFER:

£25,000 - £30,000 salary (Pro Rata)
Company car, or enhanced mileage option for own transport
Possibility of permanent appointment at conclusion of contract
