The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm it is now seeking to appoint a number of paralegals in the RTA team who will be accountable for managing their own caseload advising on liability and quantum.
The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including handling pre-litigated cases involving RTA. You will be handling a range of interesting cases completing initial investigations, taking witness statements, reviewing medical records and considering quantum before negotiating a settlement.
The Candidate
• Paralegal with experience of handling a caseload of MOJ / OIC claims
• Experience of Credit Hire
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent Attention to detail
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
