Corporate Partner - Up to £120,000 salary and excellent benefits package

This award-winning Corporate team advises an impressive list of clients on the sale and purchase of companies, takeovers, mergers, restructuring and refinancing, management buyouts and buy-ins, and partnership agreements.
An opportunity has arisen for a highly capable Corporate Partner, seeking a new challenge, to bolster the department and encourage the steady growth of the wider firm.

You will be joining an excellent team with expertise across multiple disciplines, including strong technical ability across a variety of sectors, dealing with multi-million-pound deals through to sole traders.
The team offers a wide range of legal services for businesses, and prides themselves on their ability to any situation.
The Candidate
- A highly motivated Corporate Partner, with a demonstrable network of connections
- A proven client following would be highly advantageous
- Seeking a new challenge within an quality practice
- Strong pedigree gained from reputable practice(s) in Liverpool
- A high level of commerciality and motivated to drive growth
