We are delighted to be working with this Lincolnshire based law firm. They are recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their large team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Typical duties include:
Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold property
Dealing with lease extensions
Re-mortgages
New build, shared ownership and help to buy matters
Transfers of equity
Picking up and developing a full caseload
Preparing and undertaking necessary searches
Ensuring that Estate Agents are regularly updated and work to build good relations with local agents
Dealing with all enquiries
Dealing with exchange, completion and post completion related correspondence and formalities
Candidate specification:
A minimum of 3 years PQE
Experience working within Conveyancing
Team player
Well organised
Ability to go above and beyond for clients
Ideally have experience in supervising more junior members
Experience with Business development
