Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new suppliers and agency personnel with Company and Client requirements.
- Administer the manning plan, coordinating travel arrangements and clearance for offshore personnel.
- Manage timesheet administration for the delivery team.
- Maintain an outstanding action list and provide weekly updates to management.
- Collate work packs for offshore execution, updating system pre-post campaign with relevant data.
- Expedite vendor quotations, ensuring they match technical requirements.
- Coordinate shipping and importation of goods to and from sites.
- Record downtime and assess potential impacts on schedule and cost.
- Prepare and issue Weekly Defect reports to SMOP by project.
- Compile service close-out reports for client review and approval.
- Liaise with agencies/vendors to meet resourcing requirements for offshore personnel.
- Support personnel logistics administration, ensuring compliance with training and travel requirements.
- Control and issue PPE and other necessary tools and equipment for personnel and suppliers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE/'O' Level, including English and Math.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Operational background with the ability to handle multiple disciplines and tasks.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and prioritisation skills.
- Adaptable and capable of working under tight deadlines.
