Role Description
This is a Full time role for a Mechanical Fitter located in Great Yarmouth. The Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for various mechanical tasks such as;
Drilling and tapping
Light fabrication
Basic knowledge of hydraulics
Assembly of equipment
Assembly of systems such as fuel, coolant and oil.
Servicing and maintenance of engines, pumps and other mechanical systems
Electrical experience is an advantage.
The work is often based in the EU.
You will be required to be away for up to 2 weeks at a time.
Qualifications
- level 3 or equivalent in a technical area
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance tasks
- Ability to work with machinery effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good physical condition for manual labor
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
