What Will You Do?
- Client & Candidate Management: Build lasting relationships with top tech companies and candidates in your market.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and pitch recruitment opportunities to potential clients, while sourcing and securing the best talent.
- Market Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of the tech industry, becoming a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates on market trends.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers and finalizing placements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our EU Contract Tech Team, learning from experienced consultants and contributing to shared success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate status (degree in any field) – experience in sales or competitive environments (sports or sales) is a plus.
- Ambition & Resilience: You have a hunger for success and thrive under pressure.
- Strong Communication Skills: You can build relationships quickly and are confident in both verbal and written interactions.
