Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor with 1+years PQE to join a warm and welcoming Wills & Estate Planning team. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, led by an experienced partner committed to mentoring and helping you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting wills
- Advising clients on estate and tax planning
- Managing probate and estate administration
- Offering guidance on inheritance and trust matters
- Assisting with Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection issues
