As we continue to rapidly expand, we are on the lookout for an experienced contract recruiter with a successful proven track record of billing, specifically within finance. With an already booming market, we are looking for ambitious contract recruiters to join the team!
This role will enable you to progress to a managerial level, advancing and working with your own contracts team. With many of our current clients already hiring contract positions as well as permanent, you will benefit from the untapped business, which gives you a competitive advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for contract positions across various departments and levels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contribution to the team.
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.
