Job Description

A brand new opportunity for a Finishing Manager to join the team on a £60m Retirement scheme in Cambridge.

You will be looking after works from 1st fix and 2nd fix through to handover.

My client are a Tier 2 Main contractor that focus predominantly on Residential projects in the Northern home counties from £10 - £100m.

This is a retirement care unit comprising of 132 one, two and three bedroom flats with care, communal health, wellbeing and leisure facilities, public open space, landscaping, car parking, access and associated development and public access countryside park.

This project also includes associated infrastructure works and access roads.

This role will be paying up to £60,000 + a generous package.
