Job Title: Recruitment Account Manager
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum dependent on experience + annual company bonus
Hours: 37.5
Working arrangement: Hybrid
Contract type: Permanent
Requirement: Need to hold a full driver’s licence and be able to drive between sites
The role:
OPUS people Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Account Manager within their East Anglia region.
In this role the successful individual will be responsible for the delivery of the manged service recruitment model to its clients, ensuring that contract deliverables are met, driving the direct source model, with innovative ideas to develop strategy along with proactively driving cost savings across multiple accounts.
Skill set:
The successful candidate will have, excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail and process improvement, work effectively under pressure whilst managing and prioritising a variety workload, depending on business requirements and needs.
Additionally, you will be required to travel between client sites as and when required - due to the location of these clients you must be able to drive.
You will also have a high calibre and demonstrable customer focused approach to working with clients with the ability to be able to deliver complex information clearly and consistently.
