Real Estate Solicitor - Associate / Senior Associate
Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
Position: Permanent / Full-Time / Hybrid
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000
About the Role:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join a progressive Real Estate team. This role involves providing strategic legal advice to a broad range of clients, including public sector entities, across sectors in commercial property transactions, development, leasing, and asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and finalise contracts for the sale and lease of property assets.
- Conduct title and lease reviews, providing detailed reports to clients.
- Prepare and negotiate leases, along with ancillary lease management documentation.
- Foster and maintain strong client and agent relationships.
- Support junior team members in developing technical knowledge and skills.
- Manage workload effectively, ensuring professional and cost-efficient client service.
- Contribute constructively to team efforts within the Real Estate and Infrastructure division.
- Participate in business development initiatives within the division.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Scottish qualified solicitor
- A minimum of 5 years PQE with relevant experience in commercial real estate.
- Experience in supervising and guiding team members.
- Prior experience with public sector clients is beneficial but not essential.
