Senior Actuary (Associate Director)

Up to £120,000 + Bonus (15%) + 6-14% pension
Our client is a leading Insurance company looking for a Senior Actuary to join permanently.
You will join a growing team and be responsible for leading the delivery of new and existing business across the companies’ actuarial services (including pricing, capital, and reserving).
You will deal with large companies with £billiion turnover and be involved in generating new business.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in client meetings and provide material contributions to the relationship with more than one major client.
- Engage with colleagues to identify and develop opportunities.
- Manage complex actuarial projects.
- Contribute to developing new products and processes and generating new revenue.
- Manage and mentor junior associates.
Full job spec will be provided.
Experience/ skills:
- Qualified FIA/ FFA or equivalent
- Capital Modelling, Reserving and Solvency II experience – desired
- Knowledge of R, Python, Power BI, Radar, Igloo, and ResQ.
- Client-facing expertise (CFO, Treasury, Risk etc)
- People management
