Our client is a multi-disciplinary professional property and housing consultancy servicing the UK, and is looking for a keen and experienced professional to deliver primarily in Essex to a client base consisting of Local Authorities and Housing Associations. Therefore, experience within these sectors is essential.
The successful candidate will essentially manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion, acting as the primary point of contact for clients within a small yet dynamic London-based team.
The ideal candidate will also possess expertise in Section 106 Agreements and land-led development projects, which is highly desirable to the client base.
Skills, Knowledge and Understanding
■ Liaise closely with Clients, Contractors, Developers, Clerk of Works and other key stakeholders.
■ Advise clients on procurement routes and general contract advice.
■ Understanding of on site processes in order to support the Construction Phase delivery.
■ Understand key deliverables within the contract to ensure the Client gets the information they need.
■ Report monthly to the team leader on fee projections and anticipated income vs project programme.
■ Excellent numeracy, written and verbal communication skills.
■ Ability to produce clear and concise reports.
General
■ Comply with, or improve upon the clients' Key Performance Indicators.
■ Working within and developing a Quality Management system.
■ Report on a regular basis on status of projects and update Fee Projections.
