We’re looking for a Depot Manager to oversee production, operations, technical, and logistics at our Dagenham site. Reporting to the Regional Production Manager, you’ll drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence in asphalt production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the operational team.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Implement LEAN processes and continuous improvement techniques.
- Drive cost management and maximise profitability.
- Develop business opportunities and manage market competitiveness.
