With a strong focus on quality and innovation, they’re looking for a talented Product Developer to join their dynamic team.
The Role:
As a Product Developer, you'll have a vital role in shaping their qualifications, courses, and e-learning products. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you'll ensure that all products meet the highest standards and comply with industry regulations.

They are constantly exploring new avenues they can design educational content, which will regularly see your ideas and work contributing to upskilling the working professionals.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have a level of experience with the following:
- Good understanding of the hands-on creation of Qualification / Apprenticeships Products
- Understanding of regulatory bodies (Ofqual) and creating products in line with them
- Hands-on experience in creating Qualifications and Training materials (eLearning, F2F and blended)
- Working with SMEs to design the course and project manage the SMEs to build the qualification
Nice to have skills:
- Worked within Agriculture and Manufacturing
- Experience working within a Chartered Institute, Awarding body or professional education companies
