Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Teacher to join their team. As a Nursery Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and creative learning opportunities, supporting children’s development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement activities in line with the EYFS curriculum, promoting the development of children’s learning and skills.
- Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and carers, ensuring effective communication.
- Observe, assess, and record each child's progress and share their development with parents and guardians.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education.
- Support the nursery’s values and commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and helping them to reach their full potential.
