Job Title: Reward Manager 12m FTC

JGA are partnered with a leading global law firm, who are seeking a Reward Manager to join their Reward team based in London on a fixed term contract. The primary aim of this role is to bolster the firm's reward strategy and programmes, ensuring they meet business needs and are competitive in the market.
What you will need....
Reward Expertise:
- Serve as the primary resource for reward policies, offering expert advice and guidance to HR colleagues and the firm.
Annual Review Management:
- Lead the operational execution of the annual salary and bonus review process.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Market Benchmarking Analysis:
- Manage and conduct external market benchmarking processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations on pay levels in partnership with the Recruitment team.
Pay Gap Reporting:
- Lead the annual pay gap reporting, working closely with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team.
Benefit Management and Innovation:
- Oversee and continuously enhance the firm’s benefits portfolio, ensuring alignment with employee needs and market trends.
- Drive the renewal process and manage vendor partnerships.
Reward Enhancement:
- Develop and implement innovative reward and benefits initiatives that align with the firm's strategic goals and market conditions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the Reward function.
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities, capable of interpreting complex data.
- Proficient in managing difficult situations and influencing positive outcomes.
- Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Passionate about creating innovative reward strategies and enhancing employee engagement.
- Experienced in juggling multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Highly skilled in Excel, HR systems, and other MS Office tools for reporting, data analysis, and presentations.
- A collaborative team player who shares knowledge and supports colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
