Property Litigation Solicitor – Up to £70,000
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a Top Tier Legal 500 international law firm in the Property Litigation team in Buckinghamshire.
The firm has one of the largest property litigation practices, dealing with a large number of complex real estate disputes, varying in size and complexity. The department advises a diverse range from multi-million-pound organisations, high-net worth individuals and owner-managed businesses.
The ideal candidate will be a Property Litigation Lawyer that is NQ - 4 PQE, with experience gained from a large regional or city firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for handing a variety of property disputes, primarily commercial property matters, but also residential and agricultural matters too.
The Candidate
- Property Litigation Solicitor NQ to 4 years’ PQE or equivalent from a reputable firm
- Excellent academic background
- Excellent analytical, communication and organisation skills
- Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
