The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Contracts solicitor to join a leading Corporate Commercial department to oversee the Commercial Contracts side of work.
You will be working with some national businesses advising on an array of Commercial contracts and ensuring compliance with reviewing data processing agreements, privacy policies, and conducting data protection impact assessments. You will play an integral role in business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing opportunities maintaining strong client relationships.

The Requirements
- 3+ years PQE
- Commercial Contracts experience required
- Proven fee earning and client development skills
