We are currently looking for a Technical Auditor
Shift Pattern: Wednesday - Saturday 7 am - 7pm
The key requirements of the role:
·Assist with implementation & management of QMS and internal audit program.
·Ensure QMS reflects the most up to date customer standards.
·Coordination of non-conformance of preventative & corrective actions plans.
·Manage Pest Control contractors.
·Support Technical & Operational teams.
·Ensure audit preparation is well prepared and APS and secondary sites meet audit standards e.g. TOPS green or blue, OHAS,
·Departmental communication and actions are aligned.
·Providing accurate and up to date analytical reports.
·Confident and concise communication of key data/analysis
·Maintaining the Quality Management System and controlling of documents
·Perform internal audits against the audit schedule (standards audits, GMP, jewellery audits, glass and hard plastics and other appropriate audits)
·Prepare audit & water sampling schedules based on current risk assessments & action any investigations.
·Record of non-conformances, investigation, analysis, and implementation of corrective action(s) as applicable
·Promote a high standard of awareness and understanding at site level of all appropriate policies, procedures and product specifications as required by our quality standards for all external customers and internal teams.
·Positively promote a culture of hygiene and housekeeping
·Positively promote and play part in H&S improvement.
·HACCP awareness and management of Allergen Risk Assessments
·Wider responsibilities – Peak support in roles outside of core duties will be required.
What you can already do
·Good level of higher learning and/or equivalent work experience
·HACCP Level 3 (desirable)
·Full driving licence (non-essential)
·High level of IT literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
·Strong administrative, numerical, literacy and oral communication skills
·Excellent organisational, problem solving and analytical skills.
·Enthusiasm and passion for dealing with colleagues.
·Strong desire to put customer needs at the heart of the business.
·Resilience - the cut flower business is very demanding particularly during the annual ‘peaks’ e.g. Valentine’s Day etc.
·High attention to detail
·Good understanding and interpersonal skills
