Job Description

To deliver a portfolio of services to customers looking to transform their operations through digital adoption, improved ways of working, and workplace modernisation.

To provide change consultancy services to plan, manage and enable effective business change; delivering excellent experiences and measurable impact.

Duties and responsibilities:

PRE-SALES

Attend and present at pertinent conferences. Take part in videos and voice overs as required for sales collateral and use webinars, LinkedIn and other social media to develop the reputation of the service and brand
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in change management, incorporating new methodologies and tools as appropriate.
Collaborate with prospective clients and customers to support the promotion and upsell of services
Contribute to the creation and presentation of proposals, tenders and other key documentation
Proactively grow a network of contacts, establish a reputation within the industry and generate sales leads

SERVICE DELIVERY

Change Management Planning:

Develop comprehensive change management plans for SaaS product implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful change adoption.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product development, sales, customer support, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
Communicate effectively with external clients to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations during change processes.

Implementation and Execution:

Lead the execution of change management strategies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of business change, digital transformation, adoption, and effective , measurement of business impact.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.

Other key activities:

Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
Provide high quality, professional services to customers.
To communicate fully with customers regarding requirements and specifications.
Work with the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of a project and highlighting any risks or issues that may impact this.
Always maintain a high level of governance; ensuring that activity reports and stage gates task lists are completed within the SLA.
Proactively keep up to date with relevant legislation.
Maintain knowledge of company products, product releases, services, methodologies, policies, procedures and customers.
Consistently deliver expert knowledge of MHR products and services.
Identify additional commercial opportunities and communicate to the appropriate level.
Accountability for your individual revenue and utilisation target and ensuring that these are met in line with the business plan.
Promote a positive image of MHR at all times and maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and personal appearance at all times.
Support the management team to ensure revenue targets are met as per the business plan
