Job Description

Due to recent growth, our client within the renewables sector is on the lookout for a Marketing Manager with a passion for digital marketing and lead generation to join their dynamic marketing team!

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement annual digital marketing strategy
Track and analyse both paid and organic marketing activities
Manage and maintain company website, producing engaging content
Maximize social media presence, including paid campaigns
Set KPIs to measure and optimise marketing performance
Lead and mentor our growing marketing team

Who You Are:

Proven experience in lead generation and campaign management (B2B or B2C)
Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content)
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions
Creative, organized, and a great communicator
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
Experience of managing a team
Experience of managing an external digital agency
