We’re working with a SaaS startup that are looking for a Midweight Product Designer to join their team!
The Client
This company are transforming the way that organisations leverage their employee data, encouraging them to drive positive change across their workforce.
It’s a super exciting opportunity to really own their product design function as you work to ensure their platform is as engaging and intuitive as it can be.
The Role
You’ll be the sole Product Designer here, working end-to-end from research through to execution, reporting in to their Head of Product.
Your role will involve:
- Speaking to various customers, understanding their pain-points and motivations
- User testing to validate your designs
- Presenting to leadership on a weekly basis, taking on feedback
- Working closely with engineering, ensuring you have good knowledge around what the technical challenges are

The Candidate

Ideal attributes:
- It’s essential that you’ve previously worked as a Product Designer within a startup, so you understand the sort of environment you’d be joining
- You have experience working with a product-centric company
- You’ve got experience within data visualisation
- You have a strong portfolio that showcases your design process and visual abilities
- You’re a confident communicator, easily able to articulate your design choices and work collaboratively
💸 Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + stock options
🏡 WFH policy: Wednesdays and Thursdays in their London office
💬 Interview process: 4 stage (they’re happy to move quickly though)
