Your Role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
- Sourcing top talent via headhunting, networking, and market research
- Conducting business development calls to secure new client relationships
- Building a market presence and becoming a trusted expert in your niche
- Negotiating terms of business with clients and matching them with the best candidates
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to interviewing and beyond
- Attending networking events to stay ahead in your field and develop industry connections
