In short, we’re looking for a Senior National Account Manager to come and join a premium, foodie brand in the health & wellness space who offer a healthier alternative that doesn’t compromise on taste. They’re London based and have big plans for growth and have made fantastic inroads into Grocery Retail over the last few years. They’re pretty much everywhere and now this is about scale!
This is a brand who are now big enough to offer scope and opportunity for growth, yet small enough to allow you the autonomy to make your mark and put your own stamp on things.They’re looking to more than quadruple in size over the next 5 years and knowing the backing they have and their board of directors, trust me they mean business and have everything in their kit bags to achieve this. You couldn’t ask for a more inspiring set of people and a team who are all pulling in the same direction. It’s an awesome place to be!
Whilst giving back, leading a real mission and a catalyst for change is something that is core to the being of this brand, it’s not a ‘fluffy’, ‘let’s pay this lip service’ kind of business. They CAN make a difference in more ways that one and commercially, they’re going to be able to deliver some interesting results. So, if you want to be a part of something but don’t like the ‘fluffy’, ‘let’s just post on social media to get like’s’ kind of business… then you may just have landed on something unique!
So what’s the role?
There is an existing sales team of 4, reporting to the Commercial Director and this is going to be one of two Senior NAMs in the business where between you, you’re going to drive scale and distribution in Grocery Retail. They already have relationships and listings with everyone you’d want them to so now this is about what’s next? Where else? What other space? What NPD? How can we grow and win together? This is now their next phase of growth and you could be a driving force behind it!
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a high level of commerciality, strategic JBP development and implementation. What else?
- Increasing distribution of core range
- P&L responsibility
- Strategic development of the major multiples
- Customer relationship development and enhancement
- Collaboration with customer and internal colleagues on NPD development and sign off
The successful candidate will hold Top 6 Grocery Retail or Co-op experience and will suit someone with the following behaviour/ characteristics:

- Commercially agile and delivers!
