Head of Education & Training – Aesthetics – London/Field based
Our client is a highly regarded international healthcare company with a strong foothold in the UK Medical dermatology marketplace and has ambitious growth plans for the next few years. They promote several products to Medical Aesthetic professionals including a leading botulinum toxin and a range of facial fillers.
It is critical to ensure that their customers are trained appropriately on their products, so that they can use them correctly and maintain high standards.
The Head of Education and Training will lead a team of Clinical Specialists to provide hands-on support to Medical Aesthetic customers across the UK & Ireland in the use of their non-surgical products. This role will ensure that practitioners are competent to use the range of products safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead Customer Education & training strategy, implement programs and plans associated with customer training to develop customer capabilities.
- In collaboration with the sales team, identify customers who will benefit from more technical/clinical hands-on product support and work in clinic with those customers to drive confidence in the use of non-surgical range.
- Support will be tailored to the needs of the customer, but examples may include: Using the right products for the treatment required, Filler techniques - Needle and cannula, Reconstitution, Hand-on injection techniques.
- Lead Customer Education & Technical Training strategy, plans and programs
- Review, validate, and modify the training plan regularly to achieve learning solution objectives and expectations.
- Drive the strategy of the entire training project lifecycle.
- Is accountable for the training return on investment (ROI) and pilot-tests new training techniques, tools, and processes to increase training effectiveness
Skills & Qualifications required:
- Strong leadership skills with experience building processes
- Medical expertise, experience in the commercial healthcare sector in delivering clinical support to Healthcare practitioners.
- Must possess the necessary qualification and requirements to be registered and covered by cosmetic insurance policy.
- Competency in performing treatments/procedures with the products. Injector UK and Ireland
- Medical/clinical qualifications in non- surgical aesthetic medicine, Level 7 preferred.
- ABPI qualified
- Excellent communication skills able to present and train big audiences
