Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a passion for Retrofit projects? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our thriving Southern Home Counties Branch at Bell Group!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Projects: Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution.
- Tender Evaluation: Measure, price, and evaluate tenders, identifying key areas to enhance margins.
- Cost Management: Oversee cost management, create targets, and handle CVR reporting and forecasting.
- Sub-Contractor Management: Administer sub-contractor accounts and produce applications for payment.
What You Bring:
- Qualifications: Professional qualification (HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent.
- Retrofit Experience: Essential experience in EWI/IWI/CWI, ASHPs, Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, and more.
- Commercial Expertise: Familiarity with bills of quantities, design and build contracts, and extensive commercial management.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and support your team.
- IT Proficiency: Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of monthly reporting.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
