Our client is an ambitious branded a FMCG business with a strong and loyal customer base.
The role is to manage an existing multiple Top 3 retail customer that deliver both profit and growth. You will develop joint business plans and be able to forecast confidently. Your key performance indicators will include developing relationships cross functionally, driving sales and managing trade promotional spend, whilst developing retailer category plans ensuring they integrate with company and sector strategy.
Ideal candidates will have a background in FMCG that has provided them with classical sales training and an understanding of the core needs of national account management.
You must have experience of managing multiples. We want a confident National Account Manager who can deliver strong relationships with the major retailers including Tesco and Sainsbury. An ability to manage complex negotiations backed up with a grasp of category management is essential.
