HYDRAULIC FILTERS
My client is a world-renowned filter manufacturer for the production and distribution of high-performance hydraulic filters, with a considerable range of filter elements and complete filters. They also has a second division of filters for industrial processes.
Our millions of filters are the result of a clever mix of knowledge, know-how and kindness allowing our team to develop daily and immediately take into account market requirements.
Your missions:
- Reporting to the General Manager, and operating independently throughout the UK & Ireland, your main objectives will be as follows:
- Develop the customer portfolio in various sectors of activity: specialized hydraulic distributors, original equipment manufacturers or end users.
- Carry out prospecting actions to develop and sustain the activity;
- Present our range of products and their quality;
- Visit potential customers, identify their needs and develop customer relations;
- Negotiate prices while respecting profitability levels;
- Participate in trade fairs to promote products and our brand image;
- Record and report on progress and visits;
To assist with your objectives, you will have a back office in UK and permanent technical support from the Group's headquarters in Italy.
Your profile:
With a higher technical or commercial education, you must have initial successful experience in the field of filtration, ideally with a hydraulic filter manufacturer.
You are therefore recognized for your excellent technical skills and have a good understanding of the UK & Ireland markets and its specifics.
A seasoned salesperson, with excellent listening and customer relations skills, know how to identify sales opportunities and conclude transactions.
You are autonomous, organized, skilled with new technologies and you attach importance to achieving your objectives.
You are willing to travel frequently throughout the UK & Ireland and hold a valid UK driving license.
