Job Description
Role PurposeTo be a brand guardian ensuring consistency across all artworks whilst working closely with our Marketing Managers, agencies, and printers. The Graphic Designer will create and inspire new concepts toward client projects using a wide range of graphic outputs from static to digital. The role is responsible for taking projects from concept to delivery and combining strong creative ideas with excellent art working skills.
AccountabilitiesDesign for both internal and external communicationsTranslate briefs into variable design concepts across 2D and motion graphicsDesign promotional and event collateral for both print and web Develop design exploration assets, and mood boards for pitches or client presentations to help determine a project's directionCreate HTML emails and artwork for company web pagesProduce landing pages, videos, social posts, and supporting assets for marketing campaignsProduce artwork within existing design templatesConvey a positive pub culture through all design and communicationDemonstrate passion for pubs and the industry as a wholeIdentify and promote what makes individual pubs unique and relatable Bring creative ideas to the table, be open to questioning design briefs, and keep abreast of current design trends in an ever-changing digital world. Proactively develop our online design portfolio, including idea generation and researchResearch and keep abreast of emerging design trends and practicesBe an ambassador for both the business and brandMaintain good working knowledge of design trends and the latest skills requiredWork closely with the internal design team to execute ideas into creative outputs against key business KPI’sAssist with print management and administration duties to get the best quality and value from their external suppliersCultivate good working relationships across the Punch business
