We are currently hiring Residential Property Surveyors across Kent.
Are you a skilled, RICS Certified Property Surveyor looking to join a dynamic team in the real estate and property sector?
Our client are seeking a passionate individual to fill the role of Property Surveyor on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and technical competencies:
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified (or an equivalent professional body)
- Experienced in conducting Level 2 (HomeBuyer) and Level 3 (Building Surveys)
- Have a full valid UK driving licence and own vehicle to travel for site inspections
- Be proficient with IT
- Be a self-starter taking initiative with the ability to work independently
- Have good time management skills
- Be able to complete detailed quality reports to Company standards and adhering to the RICS guidelines
- Pay attention to detail and have excellent organisational skills
- Have the ability to meet tight deadlines and produce reports in a timely manner
- Be friendly and personable, able to provide clear and actionable feedback and suggestions

As a Property Surveyor, you will mainly work with property owners, omitting the need to coordinate with mortgage companies. Utilising their efficient templates, you'll navigate through your expertise in building structure, before crafting detailed reports ensuring an accurate and polished end product.
