About the Job
You will be responsible for driving revenue for Zombie and Perkier through foodservice and wholesale, with the potential opportunity to grow experience in Retail, Export &/or Ecommerce over time, if this is aligned to your career goals.
This role reports into Ann Perkins, Founder and Managing Director, and you will be at the heart of key sales decisions to accelerate our growth.
Key activities include
Account Management Foodservice and Wholesale
Create and execute a sales plan to meet our revenue targets; activities will include:
o Excellent Customer Service, with mutually beneficial business plans.
o Build powerful relationships with our buyers and customer teams. Present our brands key benefits and discuss revenue driving opportunities with sales teams.
o Analyse performance to identify key insights, and use these insights to create, discuss and implement sales strategies to accelerate growth opportunities.
o Grow end user distribution through agreed terms, strong promotional plans, rara days and sampling events
o New Listings Identify new ranging opportunities and creatively selling in our range including NPD. Organising sales samples for new leads, and successfully onboard new customers
o Commercially Savvy: Fully P&L responsible, make smart investment recommendations and building trust internally and with your retail partners.
o Brilliant Basics: Completing NLF’s, Promo submissions and Admin accurately and on time.
o Trade Shows, represent Perkier & Zombie at key trade shows e.g. Lunch! show
Current foodservice customers, including Bidfood, Brakes, KFF, DDC and wholesale customers inc. Epicurium.
What Success Looks Like
· Hitting agreed Revenue targets
· 4 significant new accounts in 12 months e.g. Zombie launching into Brakes, a major coffee shop chain and a leading Airline; launching Perkier into a large National Account through Bidfood.

· A valid UK driving license
