A rapidly growing, leading Pet Food supplier is seeking a highly motivated Paid Social Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a company that is making a positive impact on the world.

Job title: Paid Social Manager

Location: Nottingham (4 days on-site)

Salary: up to £40K

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end paid social strategies across platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok.
Optimize campaigns for maximum performance and ROI.
Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative content.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in paid social advertising, with a strong understanding of Meta and TikTok Ads Manager.
Experience working in a D2C, subscription, or e-commerce business.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results-driven campaigns.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in paid social marketing.
