Commercial Property Solicitor – Up to £70,000 Salary
The Role

The firm is well-known for its exceptional client service and commitment to delivering high-quality results, earning a strong reputation throughout the UK. As it continues to grow and enhance its commercial offerings, the firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience to join its thriving Commercial Property team.
Candidates must have experience, knowledge, and a demonstrated history of successfully managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities.
The Candidate
- A Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3-6 years post qualification experience
- Proficient in meeting deadlines and targets while effectively prioritising and managing a diverse workload
- Skilled in collaborating within a team environment as well as taking initiative independently
- Possess strong legal expertise and leadership capabilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
- Exhibit professional and impactful communication with both individuals and business associates
