Job Title: D365 CE / Power Platform Sales

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Commission + Benefits
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated D365 CE / Power Platform Sales & Business Development Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is perfect for a professional with a proven track record in business development within the Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform space, who thrives on generating new leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships.
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in expanding their client base, driving revenue growth, and representing the organisation at industry events and networking functions. You’ll leverage your communication skills, market knowledge, and technical understanding of D365 and Power Platform solutions to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Development: Identify, qualify, and develop new business leads within the D365 CE and Power Platform space to build a robust pipeline.
- Sales & Closing: Drive the sales process from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and closure, ensuring targets and revenue objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Networking & Events: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a professional network, promote the organisation, and stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
- Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and technical consultants, to develop compelling sales pitches and proposals.
- Market Insight: Stay up-to-date with Microsoft D365 CE and Power Platform advancements, competitor activities, and emerging market trends to identify potential opportunities.
About You:
- Experience: Proven track record in sales and business development, particularly within D365 CE and Power Platform.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical solutions in a way that resonates with clients.
- Networking Abilities: Comfortable attending industry events and networking sessions, with a knack for building rapport and forging long-term business relationships.
- Drive & Determination: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and eager to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of D365 CE and the Power Platform products.
