We’re seeking an experienced Existing Customer Marketing Manager to join our Commercial team and drive our B2C marketing efforts focused on our current customer base. In this role, you'll oversee communication strategies within our secure customer area and app, transforming insights into engaging content to boost customer engagement and retention.

Location: Crownhill, Milton Keynes / Hybrid Working
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 17:30 pm

What you’ll be doing:
As our Existing Customer Marketing Manager, you will:
- Utilise market analysis, trends, and research to guide content strategy and prioritisation.
- Develop and execute content for campaigns targeting existing customers via email, SMS, push notifications, and more.
- Contribute to targeting strategies through social and paid media channels to optimise conversions.
- Support and enhance marketing functionality within our app and secure login areas, focusing on effective customer messaging.
- Manage and distribute content across promotional channels to ensure impactful campaign execution.
- Provide strategic insights to amplify B2C messages across existing digital platforms, including CRM channels.
What we’re looking for:
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- Proven experience in marketing with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Experience in managing and leading a team.
- Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Marketing automation experience.
- Digital marketing experience targeting existing customers.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- GA4 experience.
- CRM experience.
- ROI conversion expertise.
