Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting a Production Manager to join a leading global manufacturing business based near Irvine, North Ayrshire.

As Production Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the production process to ensure an efficient and effective operation.

Salary & package:

Up to £65,000 plus bonus, pension

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage schedule adherence of Production Operations.
Monitor Production Plan against the sales forecast.
Manage resources so that all areas are fully manned where required.
Communicate and feedback any scheduling or quality issues.
Attend quality meeting and participate in NCR activities through RCCA.
Attend pre-production meetings to represent the production facility and ensure that any concerns or complications are highlighted.
Run daily production meetings on the shop floor.
Drive a culture of 5S workplace organisation, H&S & quality.
Lead and motivate teams of production workers, Team Leaders, and support staff.
Ensuring a safe working environment is critical.

Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing would be keen to speak with Production Manager’s with the following skills and experiences:

Previous Production / Shift / Factory Management experience within a CNC Machining environment would be ideal
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control methodologies.
Proficiency in using relevant tools for production management and analysis.
Proven track record of effective team leadership, motivation, and development.
