- Have a proven track record in school improvement and senior leadership (at Trust level).
- Possess excellent strategic planning and implementation skills.

- Consistently show excellence in stakeholder management and fostering collaborative partnerships.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the CEO in Trust-wide strategy and operations.
- Overseeing curriculum development and quality assurance across schools.
- Leading on specific Trust-wide initiatives and improvement projects.
- Representing the Trust in various forums and with external partners.
