We are seeking an outstanding candidate to take on the new role of Deputy CEO. The ideal candidate will:

Have a proven track record in school improvement and senior leadership (at Trust level).
Possess excellent strategic planning and implementation skills.
Demonstrate a passion for providing high-quality education to all students.
Consistently show excellence in stakeholder management and fostering collaborative partnerships.

Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the CEO in Trust-wide strategy and operations.
Overseeing curriculum development and quality assurance across schools.
Leading on specific Trust-wide initiatives and improvement projects.
Representing the Trust in various forums and with external partners.
